Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Plateau State Chapter, Hon. Chris Hassan, has congratulated High Chief Raymond Dabo, popularly known as “Uncle Ray,” over his nomination and ratification by the State Executive Council (SEC) as the Chairman of the PDP Elders’ Forum in compliance with the PDP constitution 2017, as amended.
Chris Hassan stated thus: “The ratification of Chief Raymond Dabo by the SEC as the highest decision body of the party is well deserved, judging by his proven record of progressive leadership and experience as the longest serving former Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the party, respectively.
This was disclosed this in a statement, signed by Kefas Sumdi, who is Personal Assistant on Media and Protocol to the PDP State Chairman Plateau State Chapter.
The Chairman described High Chief Raymond Dabo as a “dependable Elder statesman, a man of noble character, a leader per excellence and a man loved by all.”
He added that, “Dabo’s use of his political talent to unite and deepen the party during his reign as deputy and chairman is quite commendable.
“We are confident that, the PEF, under Raymond Dabo leadership, will continue in his best practice by cooperating and supporting Mutfwang-led PDP administration in delivering on the The time is now agenda for Plateau citizens, particularly as the state gears up for the next four years’ programs to structure Plateau to enviable heights.”
The Chairman wishes Dabo a very successful and impactful four years’ tenure and look forward to a cordial relationship between the forum and the Mutfwang-led PDP Government.
