National President of Maize Association of Nigeria (MAAN), Amb (Dr.) Bello Abubakar, has reacted to agricultural investment-related policies of President Bola Tinubu, describing it as laudable.
The MAAN National President, who had previously featured as APC Zonal Coordinator’s Presidential Campaign Committee, Agric Directorate, made the remarks in a statement he released to newsmen on Friday.
Alh. Abubakar (popularly known as “Jobagan Azara Danburan Funtua”) said he noted with excitement that, despite security challenges, President Tinubu administration remained committed, focused and steadfast in providing food items and agricultural inputs towards achieving food sufficiency in the country.
The founder of the 2023 APC Annoor Polling Unit Network in Katsina State said his objective is to work diligently towards attaining overall organizational goals in a competitive and dynamic manner in an environment where job training and career development is a major policy thrust of the management.
It is to “Acquire skills to assume responsibilities with least supervision, very good communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure,” he stated.
Amb. (Dr.) Bello Annoor Abubakar of the APC also promised to replicate the gesture of the Maize pyramid under the President Bola Tinubu government to complement his efforts to improved crops production, especially grains.
He also restated his commitment to ensure that the country’s Maize Association members are given every support to enable them improve their harvest under the current administration.
