JOS: The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ishaku Musa, has directed the immediate deployment of 1,784 personnel to beef up security in the state and its environs against any possible breach of peace before, during and after the Sallah period. 

While briefing officers and men at the State Headquarters, Comd’t Ishaku ordered a complete beefing-up of security across all the flashpoints and worship grounds across the 17 Local Government Areas of the state.

While wishing the Muslim ummah a fruitful celebration of Eld El Kabir 2025, Comd’t Ishaku reiterated the Corps’ commitment to protection of Critical National Assets and Infrastructure of the nation, as well as lives and property. 

According to him, “The Corps will leave no stone unturned in dealing decisively with all miscreants, criminal and vandals, who are planning to disrupt the relative peace the State is enjoying.”
