A distinguished global multiple award winner and a humanitarian expert, Mrs. Margaret Kwa’ada Julius, has once again been recognized for her tremendous contributions to society.
Mrs. Julius, on October 4th, 2024, received the prestigious “Impact” Award during the Evolve program held in Kudendah, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Margaret Julius, who is founder of ‘The Eye Opener Women and Youth Foundation/Tobacco and Substance Abstinence Club,’ was honored with the Impact Award for “Outstanding Contributions to Children, Youth and Community Welfare in Nigeria.”
The award was presented by the community chief head lead: Sarkin Kudendah, Chief Gabriel B. Galadima (JP), Jarman Gbagyi, in recognition of her efforts in saving the lives of children and youths from substance and other forms of abuse.
The award winner, Margaret Julius, is no stranger to accolades, having won multiple international awards, including the World Health Organisation (WHO) Global No Tobacco Awards in 2021, 2022, and 2024; the Global Award Winner on Prevention and training on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) from the Ecolink Institute of Wellbeing, India (2024).
In 2022, she was also honored by the Africa Institute of Waste Management and Environmental Studies (AIWMES) for her excellence in service to humanity.
The Evolve program, organized by Pastor Jeah Williams, convener and lead instructor of Evolve Hub, focused on empowering participants with tools for financial success and leadership in a rapidly changing economic environment.
The highlight of the event included insightful discussions on topics such as: “Navigating the Investment Landscape; Innovative strategies for wealth creation in Africa and the global market.”
Others are: “Early Retirement; Crafting a visionary financial blueprint for a thriving future; thriving in the Tinubu Economy; Strategies for navigating Nigeria’s economic challenges.”
Psychology of Sales: “Engaging customers through insightful understanding and powerful public speaking” are amongst highlight.
The event featured two key speakers: Abdulsahid Salau, a fund and wealth consultant, and Enoch Nalado, a sales and business consultant. Both speakers provided invaluable insights on financial growth, strategic planning, and business development in the current economic climate.
The “Impact” award bestowed on Margaret Julius is a reflection of her tireless dedication to children, youth, women and community development, with a more focus on substance abuse prevention.
Her remarkable achievements have not only transformed the lives of many but have also positioned her as a key figure in the fight for a healthier and more prosperous future for Nigeria’s younger generation.
