…Says, “He defied, abused Court’s Orders.”

Apparently referring to the former Kaduna State Governor, Mal. Nasir El-Rufai, the former Senator, who represented Kaduna Central in the 8th Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani, says there is no moral justification for someone who defied and abused court orders to turn round to seek justice in the court.

Shehu Sani, in his tweet (now ‘X’), expressed shock and surprise that after defying court orders and retrenching thousands of civil servants and teachers, with the arrests of journalists and people expressing their opinions on social media, the former Governor el-Rufai is now seeking justice in the court.

Mal. El-Rufai had recently sued Kaduna State Assembly over allegation of N432 billion misappropriations, an outcome of the Assembly’s ad-hoc committee probe reports.

The lawmakers said that the alleged mismanaged funds have left the administration of Governor Uba Sani with a huge debt burden.

His words: “The man, who defied court orders and demolished the houses and shops of people, is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man, who defied court orders and seized people’s lands and shared it to others, is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man who defied court orders and retrenched thousands of civil servants and Teachers is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man, who defied court orders and refused to pay compensation to his victims, is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man, who incapacitated and impoverished Judges in his state, is now seeking justice from the courts.

“The man, who arrested Journalists and people expressing their opinions on social media, is now seeking justice from the court.  “The man with a known history of disobedience to the rule of law and contempt against judges, Judgments and the Judiciary is now seeking justice from the same institution,” Senator Sani stated.
