Governor Uba Sani has reportedly signed the Kaduna Mutual Accountability Framework (KaMAF) with the Gates Foundation at the sidelines of the 80th United Nations General Assembly, in New York.

The governor described the action as a “pivotal milestone” for Kaduna State’s development journey, according to a statement in Kaduna at the weekend.

He noted that, the KaMAF will strengthen healthcare systems with a focus on primary healthcare, maternal and child health, and disease prevention, while also transforming agriculture through sustainable practices and market access.

Governor Sani added that the framework would build reliable data systems, promote transparent budgeting and empower households, especially women, through financial and digital inclusion, thereby laying the foundation for an inclusive and resilient Kaduna State.

The statement described the syndrome as “#WorkingForKaduna #KadunaAtUNGA.”
