KADUNA STATE: In a determination to give opportunities to innovative and resourceful professionals to contribute their quotas to the socio-economic and political re-engineering of Kaduna State, Governor Uba Sani has made 34 more appointments.
Those appointed are, Dr. Suwaiba Shehu Ibrahim, mni – Executive Chairman, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board; Hon. Nita Byack George – Permanent Member, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board, and Hon. Monday Tela Bako – Permanent Member, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board.
Others are, Hon. Aliyu Haruna Ahmed – Permanent Member, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board; Hon. Aliyu Ibrahim – Permanent Member, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board, and Barr. Muhammad Kabir Uthman – Secretary, Kaduna State Senior Secondary Schools Education Board.
Also appointed includes Hon. Phoebe Sukai Yayi – Deputy Provost, Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development, Samarun Kataf Campus; Engr. Muhammad Sulaiman – Deputy Provost, Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development, Soba Campus, and Barr. Abdullahi Kabir – Registrar, Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development.
Mallam El-Said Yakubu Lere – Board Chairman, Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC); Zakari Aliyu – Executive Director, Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC); Hon. Gambo Matthew Bulus – Board Chairman, Kaduna State Agricultural Development Agency (KADA), and Mal. Lawal Usman – Chairman, Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board (KSSLB), are among those appointed.
Some other appointees are: Hon. Suleiman Ibrahim – General Manager, Kaduna State Environmental Protection Agency (KEPA); Usman Umar – EExecutive Director (Corporate Services), Kaduna Mining Development Company Ltd; Barr. Abdulrauf Atiku – Special Adviser (Legal Matters), and Murjanatu Sulaiman Shika – Special Adviser, Vocational Training and Skills Development.
Accordingly, Hon Timothy Chindo is Senior Special Assistant, Emergency Management; DSP Abdullahi AU Ladan (rtd) is Senior Special Assistant, Citizenship and Leadership I, and Yusuf Umar Garkuwa as Senior Special Assistant, Citizenship and Leadership II.
Among others are also: Aaron Bako – Senior Special Assistant, Citizenship and Leadership III; Sulaiman Abubakar Kinkinau – Senior Special Assistant, Research, Documentation and Strategy II, and Binta Muhammad – Senior Special Assistant, Public Relations.
Others include Francis A. Sani (Zimbo) – Senior Special Assistant, Industrial Training and Development; Abdullahi Muhammad Sani (LEMA) – Senior Special Assistant, Special Duties IV; Augustine Beguwa – Senior Special Assistant, Job Creation; Salamatu Saleh Kida – Senior Special Assistant, Humanitarian Affairs, and Yusuf Aliyu Ahmed – Senior Special Assistant, Special Duties.
The gesture was also extended to Abubakar Aliyu – Senior Special Assistant, Stakeholder Relations II; Atang Musa Danjuma – Special Assistant, Citizenship and Leadership; Nasir Aliyu Baban Yaya – Special Assistant, Support Groups III; Zainab Sani Giwa – Special Assistant, Special Duties IV; Yusuf Usman – Special Assistant, Support Groups IV, and Hon. Dogara Unyem – Special Assistant, Support Groups V, respectively.
While congratulating the new appointees, Governor Uba Sani urged them to see their appointments as a call to service, according to a statement made available to newsmen Sunday by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibraheem Musa.
The governor further enjoined them to approach their new assignments with total commitment, diligence, fairness and humility, and wished them God’s guidance and protection.
The statement noted that the appointees include seasoned civil servants, who have served in various leadership positions and capacity in different categories, with proven records.
